The power of meditation is a 4 hours workshop where you will be guided through informal, formal and mindfulness meditation.

You will learn the basics starting with breathing, grounding and visualisations.

This workshop will create clarity on how to meditate, the pros and cons and how to use this powerful tool in your daily life.

You will understand how personal the meditation journey is and how to find the best practices for yourself, learning how to face challenges, limits and more practicing meditation.

Meditation is an important practice that gives power to your soul and your vision of life but without the basics sometimes you can find yourself frustrated during the process.

During this workshop you will learn:

  • What is meditation and what does to our body

  • Breathing

  • Difference between formal and informal meditation

  • The power of mindfulness meditation

  • The pro and cons of meditation

  • Learn to find your personal meaning about meditation

  • Build up your daily practice 

  • Learn to visualise, breath and letting go

“When I started meditation, I was frustrated by the fact I was not able to silence my mind and thoughts. For a long time I’ve tried without feeling any results and here is where I was mistaking meditation.

Meditation is not about results but about self. Most of the time we go to do mediation without knowing how to practice it and how to really listen to your body. 

In this workshop I will guide you to understand what meditation is and how personal can be the experience between different people. Being a Mindfulness master practitioner and meditation teacher I will share with you all my knowledge and personal experience during this journey.”
